My name is João Rocha e Mello Andrade, and I am a Consultant/Real Estate Agent at KW Area Madeira.

From an early age, I realized the importance of knowledge and training in the area I work in. That’s why I dedicated myself to studying Business Management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and doing a postgraduate course at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. In addition, I took part in various training courses in the areas of Marketing, Management Control and Personal Development, including the application of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) for high performance. All this acquired knowledge is put into practice in my daily work, ensuring that each client receives a personalized service tailored to their specific needs.

What motivates me to continue in this business is the possibility of contributing to making people’s lives happier and better.

My mission is, on the one hand, to provide stability and security for my family and, on the other, to have a happy and motivated team, always keeping in mind the satisfaction of the clients who trust us.I believe that the key to success lies in offering a personalized and differentiated service, exceeding the expectations of those who come to us.
